JDads Collective

A community of dads connected to the J.

Welcome to the JDads Collective

Founded in 2025, the JDads Collective is a community of dads connected to the David Posnack JCC who come together to build real relationships across every stage of fatherhood. This is a place to talk, listen, laugh, learn, and support one another, without pressure or pretense. Along the way, it became clear that what we were creating was more than networking.

The JDads Collective exists to elevate the way dads connect. Friendships form naturally. Wisdom is shared freely. Relationships grow personally and professionally, grounded in trust, experience, and community.

What We Mean by “Collective”

A collective is a group of individuals who come together around a shared purpose and connection, each bringing their own perspective, experience, and voice. That is exactly what defines the JDads Collective.

Who the JDads Collective Is For?

The JDads Collective is open to all dads connected to the David Posnack JCC, including:

Dads of the J’s Early Childhood Learning Centers

  • Baer Family
  • Susan and Saul Singer
  • Dads of Aftercare, Camp Kadima, and Maccabi Tzair
  • JCC members, supporters, and community partners

Whether your child is in preschool, college, or building a life of their own, you belong here.

If you know other dads connected to the J who would value this kind of community, we encourage you to invite them and help spread the word.
